Straight from the Sahara Desert, through Douz, in Tunisia 
Q'Taya was imported as an adult to the USA April 8 2008

She comes from the southern border between Algeria and Tunisia
Q'Taya shows the traditional ear crop
and 3 brandmarks on each of her forelegs
which prevented her from going to the European owner she was meant for, 
as cropping is now forbidden in Europe, so we offered her a home instead.
