December 1 cancelled because of last minute unpredicted nasty ice storm that creates major power outages in the region, 
all competitors are reached per phone to say the meet is cancelled that day, as email is unstable.
Request for re-scheduling to 12.15.07 sent 12.03.07 per email,the day following the racing event for one day 2 weeks later, 
before the Holidays to enable people to come again.
Rescheduling first refused by Anne Chamberlain, then accepted by Debbie Bell. 
Ann announces the rescheduling 12.03 on the LGRA list.

December 8-9 SLASH race meets are cancelled due to horrendous ice storms sweeping across the whole area. 
They are not rescheduled because of the mud that replaces the ice and snow.

Oklahoma LGRA and NOTRA take place the same weekend, but very early to beat the weather, that does meet with one of the competitors on his way back home. 
He survives the dangerous perfectly sleek roads.
No updated Grading Guide is available for that LGRA race meet through the LGRA website which is down and gives a link to a GG dating back to November.

12.15 the SSARA LGRA meet takes place in the snow, the SSARA track luckily being spared the major snowfall further South.
No updated Grading Guide is available for that meet.
The waves that need it are updated by the Race Secretary.

The results are sent per email 12.16 and per snail mail 12.17. 
At the time Ann Chamberlain is out of town until the 19th she says in an email. 
She right away updates the Grading Guide with all the final results of the year upon her return. 
It is posted on December 21, but can be accessed only by the old link, not the website.

December 2 cancelled
December 23, on the LGRA list, Ann Chamberlain announces the rescheduling of the COBRA race day cancelled at the beginning of the month, 
2 days after the Grading Guide with all the years results is posted, 6 days before the event is to take place on December 30, 
one day before the end of the year.
At the time most competitors are celebrating the Holidays, and those who could have competed there cannot drive across 
major snow storms and ice on their way there. 
Susan Amicucci of COBRA confirms that she downloaded the GG in excel for the meet. 

Of  course there was then no upgraded Grading Guide with all the results and year placements
of all the dogs racing in the country, top ten all breeds and top ten by breed. 
Rescheduling on such short notice during the Holidays enabled few people to come and run their dogs at the COBRA meet, 
resulting in a meet for a few.
Rescheduling after all the results had been accounted for for all the dogs racing that year enabled the people racing their dogs at COBRA
to calculate their entries in such a way that they could beat their competitors.
