THE FIRST EVER LGRA RACE MEET
September  16, 1995
Riverton, Utah

The Large Gazehound Racing Association was created in Summer of 1995
by Jack William Lewis (Reata Whippets)
 to offer other breeds than Whippets the possibility of competing in sprint racing.

It was only fitting that the first ever LGRA race meet would take place on Jack's own track in Utah
