Paulie was adopted in November 2003 at the age of 10 ½ months from IGCA Rescue.
His name is Italian for “big beautiful boy,” and one look at him and you can see why.
Although too large for the show ring (he measures just a tad over 18” at the withers), Paulie excels at the running sports.  It is not just his size, however.
Rarely does one encounter a dog with such drive as Paulie; he is just plain “lure crazy!”
Below are some of his achievements for 2004 (all before his second birthday!):

#1 All-breed NOTRA OB racer
First time an IG has been #1 all-breed in either racing venue.
IG Winner of LGRA & NOTRA Nationals

#1 ASFA IG, with 6 Best in Field (most of any breed for the year) and 2 Best in Event wins

Despite his high drive and competitive nature, Paulie is a loving companion and respects the rest of his “pack.”
He is truly a once in a lifetime dog!
